Reskin Meyer ST-7.5?
Customer drove 2 hours to drop off his Meyer ST-7.5 to be reskinned in our shop. Unfortunately, there was not much left of it including the frame.
It was decided that we would just build him a brand new Meyer ST-7.5 Moldboard here in the shop.
Pretty rough shape. Holes all along the bottom edge. Someone patched the Pivot Ribs once already. The Pivots were shot too.
You can see the end rib is rotted badly as well.
So is the other one.
Here is the skin and some steel for the build. Lets get started
Laying out the main frame on the skin.
Frame tack welded.
Ribs fully welded in place.
Adding the center brace, using a new Sector to be sure the geometry is correct with no binding when tripping.
Fully welded and "autograph" in weld :).

The ST Series Pivot Ribs and Outer Ribs are set to be obsolete when Meyer factory inventory runs out. The C Series Outer Ribs are already obsolete. There is no aftermarket source for these parts!
